Good reply, Flatlander. My post was intended as a playful jab at the inexact exercise of scoring the sanctity of residency. Phipps seems to be piling up plenty of negatives all by hifSplm.seeaking in general, I don’t think it necessarily a bad or alarming thing that someone relatively new to town decides to run for office. Aggressive community involvement can be quite a favorable attribute. But a new hard-charger should not be surprised to get “OK, who is this guy?” scrutiny.
