I would just like to add another key factor whereby the employer is now n20;terminati2g/surplussing≵ by “job position/function” where the work is disclared redundant (you haven’t been working under your own job description for quite some time) and if your name is assigned to that “redundant work/position”, you will be terminated/surplused no matter what seniority you have.
